REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICIES
Refunds, cancellation, postponement and changes to events
1. Where an event is cancelled in full (without a rescheduled date being arranged) due to adverse weather conditions or situations out of our control, we will endeavour to refund any monies paid to guests that have booked onto the event.
2. Where the event is moved or re-scheduled Spiritual Paranormal Society reserve the right to refuse any refunds.
3. Spiritual Paranormal Society Will NOT be held liable for costs incurred to you/or your party arising from cancelled accommodation bookings or travel. Its advisable if booking accommodation, you check to make sure that there is a late cancellation policy available to avoid any additional costs should we have to cancel any of our events.
4. Spiritual Paranormal Society Will NOT be held responsible for any changes to a planned event due to restrictions placed on us by the owners of the venue, including but not limited to the areas in which we have access to. If a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled finish time of the event because it is not what they thought it would be NO REFUND will be given.
5. Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, but can be TRANSFERRED to someone else. Please let us know as soon as possible in ADVANCE, the name and age of the person that the ticket has been transferred to. This is so that we can amend the bookings form, and allow them access to the event.
